Winter in Northern Minnesota can be a very long season with unpredictable, quickly changing weather. We are generally blessed with sub-zero temps and a mixture of ice and snow that brings on a whole list of extra work needed to keep properties safe and weather ready. We offer everything from snow removal contracts by the season to safety checks to ensure there aren’t any ice dam buildups or potential CO2 hazards from blocked exhaust vents.
- Snow removal- plowing, salting, snow blowing, and shoveling
- Roof raking
- Safety checks, monitoring both outside and inside to make sure temps are appropriate to avoid pipes bursting, C02 buildup from blocked vent pipes, etc.
- Prepping cabin as needed for winter arrivals (turning heat up prior to arrival, snow removal, etc.)
